Return Procedure
Provide your order number and an explanation of why you want to return it, including any proof images. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.

A full refund via the original payment method (excluding delivery costs).
A full refund as store credit for future purchases, valid for six (6) months (excluding delivery costs).

Exclusions
Products cannot be returned after thirty (30) days except for defective items with a longer warranty period.
